At Mom and Son Happy Jumpers, your child's safety is our highest priority. While we are passionate about creating a fun and energetic environment, safety always comes first. Our inflatables are designed for excitement—but only when used properly and under the right supervision.

Our Safety Rules Waiver isn't just a form—it's a commitment. By agreeing to it, you're helping us ensure that everyone can enjoy the bounce safely and responsibly.

These rules are based on years of experience and industry standards. They help:

Ensure proper supervision
Keep our equipment in top condition
Maintain a safe space for all participants

Safety Rules Waiver Summary

Before using any inflatable unit, renters must agree to the following safety rules:

✅ Supervision by a responsible adult (18+) is required at all times.
✅ No shoes, eyeglasses, jewelry, or sharp objects are allowed.
✅ No food, drinks, gum, pets, or silly string near the unit.
✅ No rough play—flipping, wrestling, diving, and horseplay are strictly prohibited.
✅ Children must never jump on or off the inflatable.
✅ For slides: Feet first only, one rider per lane at a time.
✅ Check anchors/stakes regularly to ensure the unit is secure.
✅ If winds exceed 20 mph, all participants must exit and the blower must be turned off.
✅ If raining but winds are under 20 mph, keep the unit inflated and cover the blower.
✅ If the inflatable starts to deflate unexpectedly, exit immediately.

Emergency Instructions

In case of severe weather, power failure, or medical emergency:

Exit all patrons quickly and calmly.
Turn off and unplug the blower.
Keep all guests away from the inflatable.
